Power on your laptop and wait for the password screen

Enter the wrong password three times

You will see a screen with KEY (xxxx–xxxx–xxxx–xxxx) and you will be asked for enter  ONETIME PASSWORD.

Please Type your KEY  example see picture below (16 chars KEY e.g. V29F-R8TJ-DKX3-878K)

In this case, System Disable key is 16 chars KEY  ( V29F-R8TJ-DKX3-878K)

In this case, System Disabled key is 8 digit decimal   ( 2039837875 )

Fill the fields below: your email , your Key

After this, click on the Send buttonto send the information

Once we received your information we will contact you back in about a minute we will send the password to your e-mail.

In Laptop: enter a calculated password, then push Enter Key
